The benefits of engaging in conversation and discussion, reading and socialising to stimulate mental awareness are well documented and beneficial for all of us but sometimes it is hard to attain this without help. From something as simple as a cup of tea and a chat to attending sporting events, going to the theatre to taking part in hobbies and crafts, whatever it is that makes us feel like ’us’ matters. We actively promote Health & Wellbeing Companionship. Our Carers and Personal Assistants can accompany clients to appointments ranging from beauty treatment to holistic therapies. Our team are trained to work with individuals with Dementia, including Alzheimer's, who can benefit from these activities too. We can also help to organise travel arrangements, purchase daily items such as newspapers and local groceries. Our approach is flexible we can be available for outings whether it’s for an hour or two or a whole day, it’s tailor-made for you.


Another important area is Respite care; use alice chilton Companionship to provide a much needed break for a relative or friend, as a one off or on a regular basis. We are often called upon to monitor an individuals’ diet and check their eating habits as this can sometimes be neglected following an illness or with the onset of Dementia.
